Karajini National Park

This is our camp at Dales Gorge. Note the lovely grassy sites. Red Dust love it.
These are 2 criminals I picked up. We are actually warming ourselves in the sun just after sunrise as it was only 2 degrees at dawn.
Meet Ranger Bill. He was given a work sheet to complete which he did and passed with flying colours and in return he became a Junior Ranger and he thought that allowed him to boss us around. As you can see my sewing skills have never improved..bit crooked.
One of the many lookouts overlooking the gorges which were approx 100m deep.
This is at Circular Pool at the end of Dales Gorge.
Billy and Deni took a shine to this piece of amazing rock. It was far too heavy to bring home AND Ranger Billy put his foot down and told us we couldnt bring it out of the Nat Park.
Billy building rock towers throughout the park.
Family shot at Fortesque Falls.
We had a swim here at Fern Pool, water was freezing except for the top 12inches.
Check out the colour formations in the rocks.
This is at Hancocks Gorge just before the Spider Walk. We couldnt make it as it was a bit hairy waiting for Billy to drop off the rock walls.
As you can see in this shot Dave wasquite high up with only rock below to cushion his fall. It was an amazing walk.
This was a long wide load that stopped us on the way home. It took up the entire HWY. We were so glad we didnt have to follow it as they moved at about 10klm per hour.
