Bowen

These 3 shots are at Bowen. 2 scenis shots and Billy's first flatty that we had for dinner. He thought he had a snag and when Dave went to help it was a 45cm flathead. Yum Yum. Then Dave caught the brother the next day. (sorry Tim if you are reading this) they were caught straight out the front of our caravan park.
The photos below are of our stay at Conway Beach which was lovely. We travelled from there to Hideaway bay, Dingo beach, Airlie beach and Shute Harbour and Cedar creek falls.

Hay Point coal loader

This is Billy having a social studies lesson at the Hay Point Coal loader. As you can see the weather is freezing by what Billy has on. I should have packed 20 pairs for him.

Carmilla Beach freecamp

This is our Carmilla beach campsite and Billy keeping the fire stoked. The shot of Billy shows you how far the tide goes out. We actually walked 25mins out and 25mins back. And the two retro vans are people from Perth and Batemans Bay that we have met. The red n white one has a commodore motor. and the grey van is made of timber and they have been on the road for 8 mths. We got a bit of catching up to do.
